Tonia and Iacopo have behind them a long personal and professional path made up of significant experiences in the humanitarian, environmental and social sectors. They have both worked for a decade in major organizations such as Save the Children, WWF, ActionAid, Sant’Egidio and are eager to bring their commitment and know-how to their project:
- Use of the Life Foster application developed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Turin to measure food waste
- Collaboration with the food aid actor Community of Sant’Egidio in Brussels
- Company listed on the Donation Exchange system of Brussels
- Collaboration with the food aid actor CPAS
- Collaboration with Quarta for the removal and conversion of frying oils
- Promotion within the restaurant of the Neapolitan tradition of “coffee or meals suspended”
- Promotion within the take-out sale of containers brought from home or metal containers on sale at Napulitana
- Events aiming to sell works of art at auction to finance small associations involved in the humanitarian and ecological fields
